Permanent representatives of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry abroad

On May 25, 2010, in the State Chancellery, the Minister for Diaspora Issues Papuna (Mirza) Davitaia and the President of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Jemal Inaishvili presented to the public representatives of the Georgian diaspora appointed as permanent representatives of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and handed over the credentials to them. The permanent representatives will work in the following countries:

The Small and Medium Sized Enterprises Competition

On May 20, 2010, in TBC Bank’s exhibition hall, the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Ministry of Economic Development of Georgia and the Georgian National Investment Agency arranged an event dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as the ceremony of awarding the winners of the competition among small and medium sized enterprises and individual entrepreneurs.

Outcomes of the memorandum

On April 7, 2010, in the office of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the State Minister for Diaspora Issues Mirza (Papuna) Davitaia and the President of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Jemal Inaishvili handed over credentials of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry to the representatives of the Georgian Diaspora – Giorgi Kavkasidze (Switzerland), Orhan Yavuz (Turkey, Artvin, Trabzon) and Beka Guchua (Germany, Hamburg).
